SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we are operating a click-&-collect service only. All orders must be collected from our boutique on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 11h and 19h. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation with you at the time of collection.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please contact us as early as possible if you have doubts regarding your purchase. If you placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you would like to exchange your made-to-order item(s) for a different item, please notify us within 14 days. All custom order sales are final once approved by you.
