500 Degrés is a ceramic workshop and boutique situated in the heart of the historic city centre of Montpellier, France. The workshop 500 Degrés opened in 2003.

All the pieces are entirely hand-crafted in porcelain or stoneware, onsite by Laurent Bourgoin and his partner Allison Lake, both committed to making beautiful and comfortable household ceramics for everyday use.
